Hey. I wanted to answer your note about what helps my migraines. Nothing preventative works for me. I got some relief for a little while with the CGRPs and Botox so you might try those if you haven't already. As far as the pain after 20+ years we started Percocet and I'm at 4 a day now of the 7.5mg. I hope this helps you.
