I wanted to add mushrooms to my dish, like you did - such a great idea, but I didn't expect the hubby to use the last of them the night before so I had none to add - so sad. I used whole mik for my Jesmond but even that didn't help with the flavor or lack thereof...but I will try your method to see if I was having first-time incompetence. Response: I used ginger as I could not find the galangal, I think it was the tikka sauce I added to spice the flavour up that gave that rich dark colour. Can't wait for the next recipe trial swap. Anna ♥

Response: This was a bit tricky for me but I got there in the end. I have not drawn much of anything since high school, but enjoyed this swap so much.
