Response: 1 June 2021: I've been told that it's better if I respond directly on this rating. I understand that this rating is completely my fault, and I would make it up if that's could. After I had some illnesses that contributed to my failing to send this swap, it took me several years to forgive myself enough to swap again. By that time, unfortunately, you've left swapbot for several years. If you ever return, I would love to make it up to you. I am more careful about not overdoing my swapping so I don't fall into the same pitfalls as I did back then. Hope you are well.

Back then detergent was powder not liquid. So that is what we all thought snow was, until we finally seen it for ourselves. Comment: I am sorry rating you a 3 but the ATC was only painted cardboard with a written quote and one sticker on it. I feel there has not been a lot of effort put into it. No layering, embellishments or what so ever at all :-(.
It doesn't meet the swap requirements.
*Edit* After having a good conversation about it and some tips about how to make it look better next time I decided to change rating into a 5.
*Edit* Received a lovely new ATC, you really didn't have to but I think it's very sweet of you!

Response: Orlando is a crazy place. I wouldn't recommend going there during the end of the year because that's the busiest time of the year. It's often ranked as the #1 destination for New Years.
