Comment: Hi Julie, these recipes are super! My husband loves ale and I’ve often used ale to make bread. But I haven’t done this recipe before. And I’m always trying new variations in pumpkin muffins so I can’t wait to try this one. But the recipe cards are absolutely the cutest recipe cards I’ve ever seen! Did you design them yourself?

Comment: Love this beautiful bird ATC. Interesting bleaching on the ticket...did you use actual bleach? Nice touch with the micro gems...they add that little bit of "glam" and set the white dots off nicely. Nice background. And the spring flowers he's walking on fit nicely with the white rain. Great job on the 3 you had in that row..complimentary colors, ticket, bird. I would never had thought about a ticket bird - genius! 😀 💙💜💗

Comment: I love it. It's been so long since I have made ATCs. My creative juices are starting to flow again. I find that my cards are more simple than I used to make. It will take some time to gear up again. Of course, I post all on Flickr. The ephemera is very usable. All in blue too. Thanks for explaining the layers. Yes, I often fall back on Tim Holtz's paper dolls. His stuff is just yummy, isn't it. Joy

I did swim with sharks (Great Whites in South Africa (in a cage of course) and some smaller ones in the Galapagos where we were freely swimming with them). I am too afraid to scuba or I would have done the hammerheads in Galapagos. You should TOTALLY do it sometime. :)

Response: Ha ha! Glad you didn't mind getting me again. Along the bottom I used glass bead gel medium. Love that stuff but it's torture to wait for it to dry so I don't use it that often.

I'd forgotten about crackle paints. I always liked the results when I used them, but I just got caught up with TH's new creations that I left it behind. Comment: D was tricky for me too! I finally did an Arabian scene with a desert, dromedary and diamond dust glitter! Very clever use of the letter on your card. Remember, the standards are lower for the trickier Letters. They are listed in the swap. If you think any more need to be added to the list let me know.

Comment: I love, love this ATC. It is wonderful! I understand about the ink on the embossing folder, when I did it the entire piece of paper was inked.
