Comment: I technically could rate you a 3 for this swap, but I won't. It states clearly in the swap details that the School Valentine's need to be mailed in a notecard. The notecard does not have to be Valentine related. If others have let it slide also, you are lucky. Be sure to read all the details of swaps before you sign up and again before you mail them out. That is my advice to you.
I changed my mind and rated you a three, since you sent it out late without communication and not following swap description. If you had communicated with me, I would have been more forgiving.

Response: I'm so glad you like it! I have a ton, and when I do washi swaps I always measure 12in and than go extra ;) Most of my washi comes from Hobby Lobby, If you shop there too I'm surprised there wasn't more than one!

Response: Thanks! I use the Polaroid Zip mini printer. It connects to your phone, and prints amazing photos. It cost a bunch more than an instax camera, but you only print the photos you like so you don’t waste film, and the film is cheaper to begin with! It was a gift, and one I get my use out of :)
