I am a single gay male in my 50's Iiving in a town on coastal Massachusetts in the USA. My home is four houses from the beach. Which I connect with every morning. Its a great community known as the Irish Riveria.

I like to travel, cook, read, bike ride, play boardgames/cards, explore new ideas and volunteer. After university i spent years 20s-30s traveling internationally for work and pleasure. I was based out of Dublin, Ireland and have fond memories of Europe, Asia and Africa. In this stage of life I travel domestically, as I am very interested in the communities that are changing the American political landscape and understanding the people who live in those pivot places.

Vocationally, I am trained as a Microbiologist and moved into Sales during my career. It allowed me a great perch in which to travel ane experience the world. I cook and bake so science and chemistry are ingrained in my soul. I am very good at both.

I like to read books with a powerful ending. Reads that make me stop and think of the journey along the way well after the pages have ended. A few examples are "A Secret History" by Donna Tartt, "Young Mungo" by Douglas Stuart and "Everything I Never Told You" by Celeste Ng. When I need to laugh I always return to "A Confederacy of Dunce" by John Kennedy O'Toole.

I like other peoples pets, but not a pet owner. I still havent mastered people yet. So no reason to enslave an animal, haha.

I am one of those people in life when we meet, and stray away, then reconnect, you'll say, "its like we just were together last week!"
