Not to be nitpicky but if you are going to glue on words that are on see through paper, perhaps you'll want to put a solid paper behind them and glue that to the card... There were massive globbs of glue showing through behind the words and it distracted from the artwork. Not trying to ccritisie, just passing along a tip to a fellow artist. :)

It would have happened at some point and was actually thinking that maybe that letter would have opened your eyes to pass on that not everyone is bad but I should have known it wouldn't work. Thanks for the rating that was received well in advance and I don't think it would be right to try to rate me a 3 just for stating my oppion separately from our swap. That would be a pretty low thing to do.....

Comment: I received this one today also. The deadline was Oct 7 of which you marked sent on that day. I received it two weeks later with a postmark of Oct 18. Like I said before don't mark sent until you know for sure you have just put the enevelopes in your mailbox or at the post office. Swap was over two weeks late so the 3 is for being late. Sorry and thank you for the ATC I do like it. I don't think you're a bad swapper but I do know you were late on many swaps right now and I think it is fair to rate a 3 considering the circumstances of being two weeks late on two swaps to me plus I see another rating from 10/21 stating you sent very late. Whether or not your husband made a mistake late is late and these were quite late and I also had to contact you first. You had 10 partners, when you realized it had been 2 weeks with all USA partners with not one rating from any of them you should have started messaging all of them to see if any of us had received. Two weeks is plenty of time I think you should of realized something was wrong when no ratings came in for the swap but you don't seem to have realized until after I Pmed you. Edit: You only Pmed (for me at least) after I contacted you first.
Response: I did keep up with pm's I had received. I had no intentions of this happening. No worries though, I intend to get my swaps in better order :) Thanks for the rating though.

I received the resend today. I'm not sure if you did send the 1st one or if it got misplaced by your husband or what. But you marked sent the last day to send and you should have made sure the swap was in the a mailbox before you marked sent (referring to your comment about your husband misplacing your swaps). Next time make sure you know they are mailed before marking sent.

Response: I am sorry you feel this way, but to make the swap profile related was not a requirement. Also in your profile you stated you make inchies and atc's, etc I sent you items to use on those. It's a shame for me as well, to have to send to someone unappreciative :(

thank you for the effort, however I wish quality was better.....
I recieved your envelope incide the plastic bag from the post office due to the damaged envie. ATC wasn't in the sleeve, so tall beads torn the envelope and pulled ribbon on the ATC.
also the cut out from magazine is wrinkled and .... I am not into vampires.... ;-) other then that everything is great!

Comment: (January 16, 2010)...It showed up, but was damaged. It was in a red regular letter-sized greeting card envelope with 3 stamps on it (not the manilla envelope you described). The envelope was torn with black smudges and smudges on the ornament. It looks like it got jammed up in the mail sorter at the post office. Bulky items need to be packaged in a bubble envelope or box to avoid this. As far as the first package you sent, the Post Office assumed it probably suffered the same consequence if it was mailed this way and possibly could be anywhere especially if parts of the address were damaged. If this did happen and your return address was on the envelope it will eventually make its way back to you after a long time with a note attached to it from the post office. As mentioned I would change the rating if received, but considering the circumstances and time frame I have to change it to a 3. Although you marked it as "sent" by the December 9th deadline, you really didn't contact me till the 20th to let me know you didn't send it but promised to send it soon without giving me a send date. I think it is only fair to rate a 3 especially considering the holidays have come and gone now. No need to resend, I think this one is just bad luck with mailing.
Response: I honestly thought it was a manila envelope, but I do remember more clearly now it was the red one. I always put a return address on everything, so I guess it did get damaged. This was a first time like this, I'll keep this noted. I appreciate the change of rating and like I mentioned it was mailed. Apologies for the delay and I hope I don't have mailing issues again. I hope you are able to enjoy the tiny purse, however you use to use it. I have all my tiny items like that in my china cabinet to display. I know this years Christmas plans will be a bit different for me. And for those I receive late as well. Happy Crafting!

Thank you for the cute sewing/quilting wreath you sent me for this swap. The fabrics are beautiful and will go in a special Swap-bot Fabric Stash and will be used with other Swap-bot fabrics to make a quilt of some kind in the future. I use ribbon a lot on card-making, ATCs, recipe cards and much more. The thimble and pins will be of great use when quilting. The wreath I plan to keep wrapped in the pretty blue and white ribbon and hang in my room as a reminder of the unusual wreath I received as part of this swap. Thank you for sharing your genorosity with me and know that what you sent will be used. Your unusual wreath was a consumable wreath whereas others may have made wreaths that were non-consumable. Sorry about being so slow in getting your rating done. Thanks for your patience.
