Comment: I contacted Mayra 4 days before the swap because she was partially suspended and she told me she was sending the swap on time. She has changed her status to reflect she sent this swap but it's now two weeks and nothing ever came. I was truly hoping she was being honest and amending her status here to a good swapper. I am very fair and understanding with swappers especially those that communicate with me and if she decides to send me the book, I will change the rating.

Comment: I notified you on May 16th that I had not received the Music Pocket Letter that you were partnered with me me to send (final send date was April 28th!! ) You messaged me back and stated you were having trouble with your mail and you would "resend later that week". It has now been 15 more days since I last heard from you and have received nothing.... no pocket letter, no text/ note of explanation- nothing. I am very disappointed at this point.... tired of having to take the time and pin down the people who are supposed to be responsible enough to fulfill their obligations or at least have the courtesy to follow up when they know there has been a problem. For reasons stated above I must rate you a 1. . F/U to your response to my comment: I DID GIVE YOU NOTICE BEFORE RATING!! YOU did not follow through on what you said you were going to do. I don't feel that I should have to be the one to keep "giving you notice" of something you have failed to do. I WAITED 2 weeks to hear from you!! If you would have let me know you were having issues / problems we could have possibly worked something out. Not sure how understanding you think one should have been considering the circumstances.
