I have been thinking alot about you lately, and was so surprised when I saw your name. I have been planning your journal, but I was hoping to surprise you. Comment: Hi Ying-ya, I received your beautiful package in the mail today for The Bullet Journaler's Stuffed Envie Swap. I love how you painted the envelope. Great idea! I'll enjoy the tea, gum, ribbons, and all those cool journaling cards and punch out sticker cards. I really love those quotes, will use those in the different journals I'm keeping. Will also have great fun using the heart washi, note cards/envelopes, and all of those calendar pages. It was fun reading through them all...then I realized they were all for the same day! Very fun to read through and again, I can use these in journals. Have to ask, what is kind of material is that in with the tea? It seems like a cross between paper and fabric. You'll have to let me in on that. Thanks again for all of your generous goodies!
Response: Thank you so much for the heart. I love your comment detailing everything in the package, thank you. The paper towel is in the same bag as the tea. I soaked them with spray ink. I have used them as collage, giving the surface a very bumpy interesting texture.

I can feel the texture of the medium but it doesn't smear unless I rub hard. They could be stencils. How did you create them and what medium? Love the extras also, thank you! I chuckled when I read your note about receiving hearts, as I used to be the same way when I first started on Swap-bot. Several years later, I don't react if I don't get a heart. Some members are generous, some are notoriously stingy, and others take things on a case-by-case basis. The only thing that does bother me is non-raters, which I consider the epitome of rudeness. So, that's my two cents on the subject! Happy swapping! My advice: Focus on creating and the enjoyment of making ATCs, and let the chips fall where they may re: ratings. Creating is what it's all about!

I love all the different types of paper you dyed and all those paper doilies you sent (wow). :) I think my favorites are the ones that are tea stained and inked. I love that. The paper with the collage on it is very cool and my most favorite of the non-dyed papers is the deli paper with all the paint splattered all over. Great messy look! Comment: OMG, where do I start? I guess by telling you I was freaking out when opening your package, so much awesomeness, so many goodies, I just can't believe it. So beautifully put together. How wonderful to get the planner and the washi tape. How nice to have the paper doilie to cover it--so special.ALL the calendar pages with different sayings---I will sit outside, watch the birds at my feeders and read them :) So many wonderful teas-I cant wait to try chrysanthemum tea-- and citrus tea.
