Response: Hi! I do not collect postcards, but i do send them out once in a while. I look forward to your letter! :-D Enjoy your weekend too!
Response: The sticker printer I have is ancient. It's the first gen Zink: Dell Wasabi. It's more than 10 years old. It's the only one I've ever used, and I doubt it's "the best". :-)
Response: I'm so glad it was helpful! I really enjoy giving feedback, and if you ever want to send me anything else I would be happy to look at it. Keep up the good work! :-)
Response: You are so welcome! I really liked this swap too! Thanks for your kind comment.
Response: It was based on a dream /nightmare I had. In my dream the bridges were all made of Lego and kept collapsing when I walked on them. And in the end I tied the alligator to the bench and hid behind a tree and watched while she bit people! I think my dream was even worse than my story! :-) Glad you liked it!
Response: Thank you SO much! Your comment made my day! :-D And YES to Loki!
Response: I'm so sorry about that! I've had a lot of problems with vintage postage not sticking, despite my efforts. Thanks for letting me know!
Response: Thanks for the steps encouragement! I need it!! Looking forward to hearing from you.:-)
Response: I am so glad you liked it! I really enjoyed making it! (I'm always happy when I get you as a partner!)
Response: That's more like it! Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. I LOVED making it! It actually kind of turned my creative life around! I was in such a rut until I made that! Now I'm making all kinds of stuff! :-)
Response: Yay! I wasn't a dud! :-) Glad you liked. I was happy to do it!
Response: So glad you like it! And even happier that you just plain GOT it! :-)
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! I really enjoyed writing it.
What can I say, I have a soft spot for witches!
Response: I'm glad you liked it! I hoped I hadn't rambled on too much! I carved some of the stamps but not all of them. Basically, I carved the very wonky ones! I hope you don't get sick of me. I just got you for a happy mail swap that I sent out earlier this week. :-)
Response: I'm so glad you liked the monkeys! When I made it I thought, "Well, what's she going to do with this?! Maybe she can use it as an oversize bookmark?" Great minds! yay! :-)
Response: Thanks! I'm glad you got it. Sorry I was a little late.
Response: So glad you liked everything! I carved the "Snail mail" stamp years ago, out of a pink pearl eraser. It's actually easier to do than you might think!
Response: Thank you so much! I always love swapping with you! xox
Response: Thank you so much! I really enjoyed working on it.
Response: Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it! :-)
Response: It was all because of what happened at my wedding. I'll tell you about it.
Response: always looking for penpals! Hope you feel better soon!

Response: Thanks! That's just what I wanted! :-)
And just what I expected from such a terrible swap! :-)
Response: Everyone but me loves butterflies! I'm beginning to wonder if I'm some sort of freak. Don't answer that. :-p
Response: OMG! Who knew?! I have something in common with a snake: I eat avocados! :-)
Response: I did! Telling you made a difference! Thanks! :-)
Response: Thank you so much! :-D You're pretty and you look great too! AND you're NICE! :-)
Response: so glad you liked everything! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Response: I have had a lot of delays with mail lately! (both ways!) I sent something to someone 30 miles away and it took over 2 weeks! I could've crawled on my hands and knees both ways to deliver it and got it there faster! It's been happening more frequently. I have a steady penpal in Boston and usually our letters go back in forth in 3 days, but it's been taking a week or more lately. :-(
but anyway! Glad you liked the swap!
Response: Oh, yes please! I would love it! Thanks!! :-)
Response: Who brings reptiles to a library?! That's as bad as snakes in Michaels. I used to work at a preschool and every few months they'd have "Critter Caravan"--a traveling bunch of fun animals like rabbits and chinchillas, but sometimes they'd bring the snake. They kept it in a cooler! Like one of those playmate coolers! The minute the animal handler put her hand on that cooler handle I'd book it out of there to hide in the bathroom! Looking forward to your letter! :-)
Response: You can have him Monday Weds and Friday, and I'll take Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturday! Sunday we can let him rest! :-p
Response: Thank you so much! That mother character haunts my dreams. Lately she's in a lot of my writing. I'm going to run her over or put her in the hospital. :-)
Response: Wow! You got that fast! I'm so glad you liked it!
Response: Pawing through my father's stamp collection always unearths treasures! :-)
Response: Thank you so much for rating. I was seriously having anxiety over getting a 1 or a 3, thinking you either hated it or didn't get it! You're right about the Baby Sitters Club, but CT is a lot more famous for The Stepford Wives. :-)
Response: I remembered that same song when I made it! :-)
Re: yours: I don't believe I've received it, but remind me what it looked like. (I usually get the mail and rate it right away, but I've been getting a lot more mail than usual lately, so maybe it's me.)
Response: I just got back from another walk with my neighbor, and she gave me the second installment! I'll pm you! :-)
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! I had a lot of fun drawing them. :-)
I love guinea pigs too and would totally get one if I didn't have cats.
Response: Thank you so much! That story pretty much wrote itself--I wrote it almost all in one sitting. What I realized after I wrote it was that almost everybody had a "bad dad" --scary, absent, abusive. And usually I have so much trouble coming up with titles, but this one came so easily. Nobody's Home was loaded with meaning--the kids weren't in the house, the parents weren't in the house, the kids were all pretty invisible to the adults, and nobody really had a HOME. I am sort of kicking around a sequel to this story--what happens a year later. If I finish it I'll send it to you. Thanks for being so supportive, and hosting the group!! :-)
Response: It's like tennis crossed with ping pong and badminton. It's super fun!

Response: Usually it's got some swear words in it. I think I wrote something like; "This is asemic writing. i have nothing to say. F it." that's not an exact quote, just the drift. :-)
Response: Making it made me thirsty! :-) Glad you liked it.
Response: Ha. I just celebrated my 42nd birthday (the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything), and I've been singing So Long and Thanks for all the fish for about a month now!
Response: It was my pleasure! I'm really glad you liked it! :-)
Response: So glad you related and didn't think I was a total freak! :-) Looking fwd to your mail!
Response: So glad you liked it! I have a book of 1000 record album covers. It's one of my favorite things to collage with, but it's slowly shrinking!
Response: My son usually has cat hair, his shirt collar and at least one or two fingers, depending. :-)
That comment started b/c one of my friends was telling me about his daughters. One is clever, one not so much. He taught the clever one how to play chess. The not so clever one shoved the queen up her nose. I found that so hilarious! I think his kid wins the prize for best contents. :-)
Response: You got your wish! I got you again in the blue PC swap! :-)
Response: I'm amazed you received it so quickly! & I'm glad you vote "yes, it's a snail!" :)
Response: You're very welcome! The journal is a snap to make. Just fold the papers to the size you want, glue the edges, trim the edges, slip on a rubber band, and done! It's super easy!
Response: You are very welcome! I'm honored that you liked it enough to display it! :-)
Response: I checked your Flickr page, and yours are amazing! Any time you want to do a private swap, I'd love to! Thanks for your kind words. :-)
Response: You are so kind! :-) Glad you enjoyed it! I just started out a few years ago--far from pro, but working on it!
Response: Glad you liked it! I laughed when I wrote it! :-) It was absurd!
Response: That one was one of my favorites this month too! :-)
Response: That is a genius idea. I have external speakers too, and I never would have thought of that. I'm just so used to hitting the button on the keyboard. THANK YOU! :-D You may have saved my sanity.
