Comment: Thank you for the postcards. I found the Road Archway museum interesting. In the western MA towns of Shelburn Falls and Buckand there is the Bridge of Flowers. It is a 400' old trolley bridge that spans the Deerfield River. Some 80 years ago it was converted into a garden pathway. It is a great place to visit.

Comment: WoW!! What a GREAT pkg of blue goodies!! [blue is special to me since it is the color for most law enforcement]. I certainly can use everything...the stickers are adorable & will be used on holiday cards; I can always use new dishclothes, towels & pot holders and these are so pretty; the sticky notes are soooo cute; I needed a 2012 planner; the rick rac will be used on a sewing project; and I can always use paper clips; I will put the glass accent on a silver chain...a million thanks and hearts!! (=^.^=)

We saw Lincoln from far away & I often think about it - it was glowing white and sticking up out of big flat fields. Amazing. I always thought I would love to live in Nebraska for those huge fields. :)

Comment: Wow, that is what I call living. I was raised on a very small farm as it was considered in Massachusetts. We raised 3/4 acres of tobacco and a good size vegetable garden. I always wanted to live on a huge farm like yours. Can't imagine having all those cows. Now that I'm retired, I love living were it is warm all the time.

I miss it so much ~ born a buckeye, but lived in Missouri for a lot of years on a 50 acre farm. We had chickens, raised feeder pigs, small number of cattle, two horses and like you lots of cats! They seem to multiply fast, lol The shopping would be the only draw back, I do really enjoy our scrapbooking store & thrift stores. The quietness would be heaven though. Comment: Thanks for the post card. Actually, Irene was fine... Lee was the real threat. A week ago started the beginning of the worst flood this area has ever seen. There's so much destruction here, it's awful. My house is ok but I think everyone in the area is close to someone who lost everything.

We had the last bit of snow May 10th and the fist after a "long summer" (haha) September 24th last year. It's not that bad this year (I hope), but still... There is not much summer going on up here. That's why we have started going on holiday in Africa ;P The desert is a good indicator of nice weather.

Comment: I love your PC, made me smile. You said your family is trying to cut wheat? Do you have a wheat field? Oh! And I am super jealous of your rain...it's been too dang hot and sunny hear. We had a little rain a couple of weeks ago but it has passed and it makes me sad.
Response: Glad you liked the card! Yes we have wheat. We have around 500 acres this year. It was really hot and humid here today. Over 100 and humidity about the same. You could hardly breathe out there today. We haven't had rain for a couple days, so they got some wheat cut today.

Response: Glad you liked it. The post office I go to is so small, that's how they cancel ALL the mail. The town's pop. is around 200.

But when I opened it, I saw that you had obviously read my profile and gone out and bought new stickers chosen especially for me! How sweet! The frogs especially are awesome! Very nice stickers and I can see you put some thought into choosing ones I'd like.
