Comment: ❤❤❤❤❤ Extra hearts for your lovely letter and 'popping the bubbly' snowman! I loved them both. During normal times I play soccer as well as watching it. I miss it! As soon as I saw your address I had to look up where your city is. We were in Germany the summer before last but mostly in the northwest portion. My son wants to go to university in Siegen so, fingers crossed, we'll be travelling there next August to drop him off. He and I have been watching Dortmund games together. 😀 Stay safe and healthy. Comment: Thank you Manuela for the festive colors, Christmas - "Frohes Fest" card you sent to me! It is good to know how you embrace the spirits of Christmas. I'm glad you & your boyfriend are able to travel. Christmas, as you say isn't just about cards, making handmade items, food, drink, etc. It is about seeing the sights, sounds, smells, of Christmas. How others celebrate this season, what makes one smile, laugh, enjoy the moments. It was a thrill for me at Thanksgiving, spent with my family, they took me to the Disney Resort Hotel - The Grand Floridian. Please search online for pictures. This hotel has a tall, tall Christmas tree decorated with bird cages, fake birds, ribbons, ornaments. In the back corner of the huge lobby is a real large Gingerbread House! Its on display, & a sales booth to buy gingerbread, cookies, candies, etc. I hope to go back & see the house again, this time with a camera. The Grand Floridian is the only hotel that has a separate Tea Room in the Vintage Victorian Style. Tea is served in grand style. Happy Holidays to you both!

I do enjoy rain though, if I can be inside at home or enjoy a cup of coffee at a café, but when you're walking to work without umbrella, you really wish there was no rain haha. And the reply to your question: I would live in 18th century (Rococo) because I love the fashion of that time! Even though I hear the hygiene was awful. :P Wish you all the best!

Comment: First of all thanks sooo much for the cat postcard! For the most part you were spot on! I am a little shorter than five six and my hair is medium lengthed and curly and I'm not sure how skinny relatively skinny is, but I like to think I am that haha! Also it's weird because I just got glasses less than a month ago! You could totally go into psychic stuff I bet, but I think they see the future... So maybe you could go into people guessing hahaha! Anyways thanks again for the awesome swap! Hope things are well!

Comment: Manuela, sorry it took so long for me to rate you :/ I kinda am between my parents' and boyfriend's houses lately, and all my swapbot mail goes to my parents, where I am the least (but the mail for his house doesn't always seem to get there, so I left it as my home address.) Thank you so much for the three ATC's, I especially enjoyed the green abstract painting one. Don't be nervous! I love your ATCs, aand they are my first ATCs from a different country, too! Thank you! I'm still pretty new to these ATCs too, but the only thing I'd recommend is maybe sending a description of how you made each trading card too, so that if a reciever likes the technique, they will be able to replicate it :) Thank you! On a side note, my mother is a Hoffman. Alternate spelling, true, but we all know how the Americans on Ellis Island messed up all sorts of surnames of inbound immigrant families. I know that they are of German heritage, though. :)
Response: Relieved that you liked them...I tend to have low self esteem with everything I do. Anyway. Here in Germany exist Hoffmann and Hofmann, I know that in America most people don't have the second "n"...
