Response: Hahaha! So true :) I live in Northern Helsinki but work in Vantaa, so it was easier to visit a R-kioski nearby than come to the city centre anyway. But hey, we could organise meetups for swappers in the Greater Helsinki region in the summer.

Comment: Thanks for your postcard, it arrived this afternoon. 30 Years ago I had to translate it with a dictionary, now we have the internet ;-) The translation into English looks more correct to me than the one into Dutch! "Save autumn heartfelt moments into your heart, strength for the upcoming season"
Response: Yes, that is what it means! Or "for the upcoming winter", but that's what comes after autumn :) I've noticed it too that many texts make more sense if you translate them into English than straight into your own language. I'm glad you joined this swap, hope to meet again soon!

Response: So nice to know. You never know if people are going to like liquorice but it's popular here and there are many filled variations packaged like that so they are good to send in an envelope. It's different from the Haribo type of black liquorice so I like to give people a chance to try it :)

In The Netherlands it is called The Flying Tiger, since a couple of month also to be found in Rotterdam. I visited them for the first time in Reykjavik, Iceland And I love the keychain very much!
Response: I first visited a Tiger a couple of years ago at a mall in Helsinki and was super excited about the shop. Then they opened one at a mall close to where I lived then, so I was very happy. It's one of my favourite shops nowadays, I guess there are at least four of them in Helsinki alone.

Se musta nauhoista koostuva kaulanauha on kiva ihan sellaisenaan (ilman riipusta), se on mulla nyt kaulassa :) Ehkä kokeilen sitä joskus jonkin riipuksen kanssa mutta tuo ei vaadi sitä välttämättä. Laitoin myös sen pinkin rannekorun ranteeseen, todella herkullisen värinen! Mun paksuihin ranteisiin näköjään sopii parhaiten pienistä helmistä tehdyt rannekorut; rakastan isohelmisiäkin rannekoruja mutta ne tuntuvat saavan ranteeni näyttämään entistä paksummilta. Se punainen on kans upean värinen mutta se oli irti se nauha ja sit huomasin että se nauha ei ole venyvä joten siirrän ne helmet johonkin venyvään nauhaan ja saan siitä aivan ihanan rannekorun <3 Kiitos muistakin helmistä, jos haluat niin voidaan vaihtaa helmiä jatkossakin. Aion lisätä helmet profiiliini (en muista olenko vielä lisännyt, pää hatara). Teipit, erityisesti pöllöteippi, olivat ihanat ja kankaista ne kukkakankaat olivat suosikkini. Sen valmiiksi ommellun kukkakankaisen neliön muotoisen aion käyttää mukinalustana, olen hulluna kankaisiin retrotyylisiin mukinalustoihin koska juon paljon teetä, kahvia ja kaakaota sekä tietenkin vettä, maitoa yms. ja ne suojaavat hyvin huonekaluja. Joten tulit vahingossa lähettäneeksi mulle tosi kivan jutun :D Kiitos myös kaikesta muusta! Ja sit ne tilaamani oravalapaset ovat aivan täydelliset!!!! Juuri sopivat mittoihini ja värisävyt ovat vielä kauniimmat kuin kauppasi kuvassa :) Mua himottaisi kovasti swapata sulta joskus lisää neulomuksiasi, ellet sitten halua mieluummin nimenomaan myydä. Laitan sulle kohta yksäriä muista asioista. Mutta kiitos vielä päiväni piristämisestä swapilla ja hyvin tehdystä työstä lapasten suhteen (sain juuri sitä mitä tilasinkin :) ) !

I want to bring him to work tomorrow and show him to all the kiddos-they'll love them too! and I loved sorting through all of the stickers, the ones that you rub onto a piece of paper were my favourite, I haven't seen them in forever! Response: Haha, wonderful! It was fun to make octopi, my first ever actual amigurumis. I remember the rub on things from my childhood, I had at least Mickey Mouse ones with electric guitars in metallic colours and some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Needed to be really careful with them, made you feel like a big kid and better than the younger ones when you managed to rub them on stuff without messing up :D

The jewelry made in ths group is to be extravagant and a lot of effort needs to be put into them. This necklace says NOTHING about The Queen of The Damned. Even the beads used are damaged.
