Comment: So fun to get you as a partner! And yes, hilarious to do a B&W swap when we love color so much, but the B&W makes the color pop, I guess. 😁 So much goodness in that envelope! Loved the idea of writing alphabet letters on top of each other! And printing twice on paper, including upside-down. The images and yearbook photos and trippy origami paper and sticker was all great too! Thanks for everything!

I LOVE the grungy neon layer background 😍😍🌈 and am excited to try gelli printing on magazine pages. I’ve always been afraid the paint would peel off magazine pages if I painted on them because they’re glossy, but it looks like it works just fine and there’s no reason for me to be a scaredy cat. 😂. I love the rainbow, snail, and collage bits you found too! I will have to check out that resource. The space envelope tied in perfectly with the cute alien sticker and solar flare stamp! ☀️😍 Thank you!!! ❤️

I certainly know what you mean by your comments regarding the minimalist qualities of this type of collage and feeling like the work is undone, except I have a different angle on the feeling. Comment: I've probably apologized before for not rating "in a timely manner," and I'm doing it again. It just gets away from me until I notice a pile of unrated art piling up on my desk. I think your Shape Study ATC is Very cool, and I prefer to see the triangle shapes as mountains. I sometimes enjoy gazing at the mountains and imagining they are large boulders, and giant people are sitting on them having conversations. But, I guess, not ones with triangle points. Triangles are my favorite shape of all. And I enjoyed all the other elements of your ATC also. You are so talented with incorporating multimedia elements, even on art the size of ATCs. The other predominant shape on the card is the circle, which is my second favorite shape. There's kind of a bokeh effect on the ground area that is so imaginative, and the big yellow sun ties in with the ground and makes the whole card look balanced. Thanks for a really nice ATC :-)

I would say I don't even care about the stickers with how great everything else is, but that would be a lie because I love stickers and they're just in time to send out some last minute valentines stuff (why how did you know I like valentines day stuff so much? Couldn't care less about celebrating but ooh the stationery and croissants with pink frosting drizzled on for no sane reason just get me.)

Response: So glad to hear you liked it and already have ideas for it! That most likely was a shower curtain...or at least a sample of one. It came from a 1970s wall-covering sample book that had all kinds of coordinating decor samples.

Response: I'm glad you like it! It was a new experience for me, too, but it came together so easily in the end. Oh, and my stand-by costume as a kid was a gypsy fortune teller - I'd wear my grandma's long flowy skirts, scarves and old jewelry. You could do that! :D

Comment: Today has been so rainy and "Ohio in the spring" dreary. But then I got your ATC and it made my day! <3<3<3 I don't lean towards cute stuff either but your card is so whimsical and bright and cheery -- it definitely made me smile. The greeting card is awesome too -- it will be repurposed somehow. (I lived in Gainesville in the 80s and miss spring in north Florida!)
