Generally, I will not render anyone a 3 or a 1. If I receive a card, I consider it a blessing. If I don't receive a card, I probably won't know because these swaps escape my attention after awhile ... my attention span is so short. Since I always rate postcards as soon as I receive them, I worry not whether I've missed something. Isn't it why we love snail mail - because of the unpredictability of it all? Comment: Thanks for the TGIF Weekend Notecard! Your weekend sounds a lot like mine will be this weekend-fairly relaxing. :) What old black and white movie did you watch? Would you recommend it? The last one I watched was Arsenic and Old Lace, with my dad, and it was so absurd! Parts were really funny and parts were just odd, but overall an interesting watch. I plan on watching a documentary on The Brooklyn Bridge later, because I love it and need to just chill. Right now a virus is kicking my asthma up right now, and kicking my butt! I hope you didn't end up sick after all!

Comment: Your snoopy cards are fabulous. I've loved snoopy since I was a little kid! Love the felt extras too, they are soo unique! We have lots of Trunk-or-Treaters in our area but still have a few trick-or-treaters in the neighborhood. I don't give out candy any more from home but do it at work and around town! Thank you!

My wife and I are hoping to visit the northwest soon. It is the only part of the country that we haven't seen at least some of. Our niece has liven in Seattle for three years now and wants us to visit so we will take some time to see the region when we do.
Bless you for your work. Our Goddaughter has Down Syndrome and people like you have been a great help to her. She just graduated High School.
We have gotten to know a lot of her SN friends and I agree, they are the sweetest, most loving, and fun people.

Comment: Since this is one of yours first swaps I will be honest with you. You can but shouldn’t take one National Geographic magazine and use random pictures not even cut out nicely or shaped. I am not trying to be mean but do not sign up or send out things that you would receive. My 5 year old was trimming a bird from your pile for her smashbook today. Effort and time goes into these swaps. So maybe save some as you go and wait to join a swap when you can send something you would like to receive. I understand you at new and maybe are not familiar with the amount of time, money and energy these swaps take. (Note:Magazines are free at local libraries so grab some and cut away on a rainy day!). Thank you.
Response: Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I read through the description of this swap and it states it was my choice what I send. I used several bird magazines that I had at home. I had no way of knowing what you would/ would not use them for so I trimmed them in away so you could adjust the shapes for your need. I’m do apologize they didn’t meet your standard. I’m glad your daughter found them nice for her book. I thought the photos were pretty. I guess like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are going to get in these swaps. 😀 The ones I received were not shaped and were indeed from the same magazine. I enjoyed some of them and some not so much but that’s part of the Swap. Anyway, thank you for your feed back. Have a great summer!
