Response: Isn't he the cutest!
Response: Sorry, I don't remember other than they were in a random lot of stickers from Amazon.
Response: I can't believe it finally arrived, its been nearly a year!!
Response: Unfortunately I don't remember what they are called. Although I can say they are from Amazon, and they were just part of a set that included color floral stickers as well. I know none of that is helpful, like a needle in a haystack.
Response: Great news, thanks! 📬
Response: I don't remember which notebook paper it was, but chances are it is something I made/printed. Was it the one with the stamps? If so, I got that idea from a friend of mine, and I just temporarily adhered stamps around plain printer paper, then "photo copied" it onto notebook paper. Got to have my lines to write 💌 It was something else, let me know.
Response: I'm glad you like it. I was just trying to make some new things, with things I already had. Extra lined paper is probably something I will never run out of!
Response: Unfortunately I have a LOT of stationery, and also a terrible memory. If you will send me a message and describe it, I should be able to let you know. I'm glad you like it.
Response: I’m so glad it finally arrived! I was beginning to worry about this one.
Response: I'm not sure how I got that many in one round, but it was definitely a first for me, and then on this last round I didn't even have 3 to send and had to do starter cards!! I guess I could have saved some of those over, but I'd rather keep 'em moving.
Response: I didn't know either until recently, but they still do, and it is still nearly all sugar!
Response: I was out of regular envelopes that were big enough for PCs, especially some of the oversize ones, and it was like a lightbulb went off. I'm finally able to use up some of my teeny-tiny envelopes that are too small for letters (because I can't write a short letter to save my life)!
Response: That sounds interesting. I recently went to Amana Iowa and they have an Inspirationist cemetery where all the headstones match and everyone is buried chronologically, to show how they value everyone equally.
Response: Uh-oh, now I can't even remember which I chose for you, but based on your response I would really love a reminder.
Response: Yeah! Better late than never!!
Response: Wow! I had been wondering if it was ever going to make it!
Response: I had 7 to forward on this week and 2 were yours, but they weren't quite full yet, but I imagine they will be making their way home pretty soon.
Response: OMG, did I really, and I'm the host! I will have to pay much closer attention.
Response: Oh dear, better late(and muddy) than never I suppose. I'll have to make sure to use nice sturdy envelopes next time.
Response: No problem, I thought it would be funny to let you know in the letter rather than on here!
Response: I thought this one was going to be more difficult, but it ended up being kinda fun!
Response: Well here's to hoping I get your name in future swaps, because I got more where that came from :)
Response: Thanks for rating, but I have to confess, I address my envelopes with a machine. I wish I could do it, but when I try it looks like a fifth grader got ahold of their mom's calligraphy pens.
Response: Thanks! I can't wait until the cards start going "home"
Response: Finally!!!!! Yeah!!
Response: I'm right there with you!!
Response: I can’t remember which snail, if it’s the one with the speed limit sign it’s from Kristi’s Printables on Facebook
Response: I mailed one to my Aunt and she said it made it to her safe and sound - I used a regular first class stamp just in case. So the test run went well, but she is just across town, so hard to say. I may send out a few more "test runs" just for fun.
Response: Me too!!! There were about 8 of us that got our second one on the same day, and the next morning we all came to work like zombies. But I don't think anyone regretted it.
Response: No problem at all (you're not even the last one to rate me on this swap)
Response: Did I make which part myself? I'm glad you liked what I picked out, it doesn't take much to get 1 stamps worth.
Response: That's ok, I'm glad you got it.
Response: No problem, thank you for rating
Response: I'll look forward to it!
Response: I use a Cricut Maker to draw/write on the envelopes. So its tidy like a printer, but then I just use regular pens. I bought the machine to cut fabric pieces, but since I found swap-bot (and with a little help from YouTube) I've been using it to make cards and "address" envelopes and postcards. It's kinda slow but its fun to make the mail look a little fancy.
Response: I'm so glad you liked them.
Response: I want to take a vacation to DC just for that reason!
Response: I think I'm going to try sending some more cards on post crossing, and hope I get some different countries. The last one I got was from Latvia so that was cool.
Response: Thank you, I am determined to figure it out!
Response: That's their real name!! I wish I could share a picture on here, but I don't know how, just google "Ketchup and Mustard Roses" and you will see why they are called that, they are amazing!
Response: Thanks, I was a little apprehensive sending those labels. I'm still working out the kinks to make them look a little nicer.
Response: Wow, I thought this one might have gotten lost, glad it finally got to you. Gives me hope for some of my other missing ones.
Response: Shoot, sorry about that, Thanks for letting me know.
Response: Well, if I'm honest, I was going to the shelf to find an old Algebra text book to cut pages out of, so it was lucky I saw the History one instead, and since the back was damaged I didn't feel bad taking it apart. I can't take credit for the lettering, I have a machine with some cool fonts, and I can put pens in it, so I just put a cool pen in it and let it write the top for me. I wish I could hand letter, but when I try it always looks like a child did it and I don't have the time/patience to practice. Thanks
Response: I never noticed SnapMat it on my computer, but I use it on my iPad all the time. One I'm done "designing" and I tap "Make It" and it goes to the screen with the list of mats you will need for the project - thats where I find it.
Response: If I found spiders in my house, I used to catch them and put them outside, but I've figured out that we usually get a new giant spider in our basement every year, we call him Pete (named after Peter Parker) and if we leave him alone, we don't tend to have many/any others. I don't know what kind of spider he is, and he usually keeps to himself, but every once in a while he will shake out of some dirty laundry I'm getting ready to put in the washer, and it still makes me jump.
Response: I have a Cricut Maker that I barely know how to use even though I've had it for months - I've been using it to address things, since I've learned how to put a regular pen in it, and not their expensive pens. Thanks for noticing.
Response: So glad to hear!
Response: I'm so glad you liked it!
Response: I haven't seen it, but its on my list. Glad you liked it.
Response: That's true! I've really liked several of the "uninteresting" cards I've gotten!
Response: Was it the original one that finally showed up, or the resend? Either way I'm glad something got there.
Response: Great, its been so long since I sent it, I was a little worried.
Response: This is exactly why I love the "Ugly" PC swaps!
Response: OMG I'm worried that will be us. We had big plans to get more done maybe even finish it last weekend, and then my husband hurt his back! - Not bad but enough to where we couldn't get any work done - and he works this weekend, and next weekend is the holiday, and the next weekend he works......
Response: I'm so glad it finally made it! I still have several floating around out there that are close to a month old. Was it postmarked? I must have mailed it 5-6 weeks ago!
Response: You're guess is as good as mine, I mean I could google it, but I'm just not interested enough to even do that!
Response: Oh poo. I should have packaged it better.
Response: I think that is one of my favorite bits of stationery I've found!
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Merry Christmas to you too!
Response: I've defiantly got some doozies in my collection!
Response: I think I've only ever seen the really old movie, from the 40s and I liked it, I just googled, and turns out there are at least 5 versions. I might have to check out the 2010 one.
Response: I can't wait to have a full deck.
Response: I can't tell if you are being sarcastic, but I genuinely hope that just now dawned on you 😜
Response: You're welcome.
Response: There isn't much cuter than baby piggies.
Response: I realized later that I was supposed to write something nautical based, but I was so distracted by Lincoln, that I forgot....I miss baseball...
Response: XYZ seemed so hard - I may have to pass on those letters next time around.
Response: That's ok, I'm just glad they got there safe and sound.
Response: I never even knew what washi tape was before I joined swap-bot but people keep sending me samples!
Response: You're welcome.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Thanks, I hope you have a great holiday season too.
Response: Happy Thanksgiving to you too.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: You're very welcome.
Response: I'm glad you liked it!
Response: That's funny. I usually try not to read even the synopsis before starting a book, I always feel like they are spoilers. I usually just pick one up that looks interesting and give it a shot. My brother used to tease me that I literally judge a book by its cover. Except I'm only judging whether or not I want to read it, not if its good or bad.
Response: You're very welcome.
Response: If you can believe it, I'm 39 and saw Die Hard for the very first time (from beginning to end) last Christmas, and not only do I firmly believe it is a Christmas Movie - but it is now one of my annual Christmas traditions.
Response: I still have skates! They are so much fun I don't know why they aren't more popular. I need to take them to the local bike trail before it gets too cold.
Response: Well I can warn you that Kev is not for everyone, but I've watched that show all the way through several times, and it never fails to make me laugh (and cry). His show AfterLife is pretty good too.
Response: You're very welcome
Response: I'm glad you liked it. I have so many of those kinds of stamps, and I was happy to figure out something to use them for.
Response: Sure, I don't really have any actual pen pals but I would enjoy it.
Response: Its funny that you said that - I just got my 8's today, and my 7's are coming from Austrailia, so I'm doing my best to be patient - I'm not very good at that! Thanks for your rating!
Response: Thanks for rating
Response: I'm glad you liked it.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: Awe man, I had a feeling I missed one after I sealed them all up.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: You're welcome, I can't wait for the next round.
Response: You're welcome.
Response: I sure hope so!
Response: I'm so glad it made it to you safely and timely
Response: I know what you mean - this was supposed to be a big year for us, but everything is just suspended for now.
Response: I'm so glad you liked the stamp.
Response: You're most welcome.
Response: Me too! I had planned on taking the train to Glenwood Springs, but it will have to wait until next year.
Response: I heard it on a TV show, and I had to pause it and immediately google it.
Response: You and me both!
Response: You're very welcome
Response: You're very welcome.
Response: I'm happy you like it.
