Comment: Thank you for this fun swap in the pretty envelope. I received it in an envelope from the Postal Service as the bottom of the envelope was slit completely open. For the amount of postage you had to pay, I'm guessing that something is missing from the envelope. Please don't worry about it. I would just like to suggest that in the future, you may want to tape all edges of envelopes that are full. Also, what area of the city do you live in? We lived in Stafford till moving here in 2011.

Comment: Hi Johny! Wow, such a cool package I received from you today, starting with the decorated envie all the way to the creative extras inside! I even love the notepaper you wrote on! (Though it feels much nicer than the every-day sort of notepaper.) And your tag is so quirky and cool! It made me chuckle. I like your embossed Lincoln, and the way you tied the fibers at the top is pretty amazing. (I hope you're not too disappointed in my "fibers" when you see my tag...LOL) Also, it is amazing what you did with the eye of the woman on the mixed-media tile you sent. I like your offbeat style and hope we are swap partners again soon...thanks for hosting this one!
Response: Glad you have a "fun" sense of humor. It just spoke to me. I have all these scans from some of my favorite stereoscope views - Lincoln was one of them. I'm going to make some personal family stereoscope slides to use for family holidays -- so everyone wants one! Revival of the old school stuff. I think that is my new term for myself - "off-beat" - yeah, quirky, funky, whack-a-doodle -- the shoe fits! Thanks for not making me cancel the swap - wished more had been brave. Comment: After discussing it with the swap coordinator, we decided that this swap technically fits the requirements, but only because she didn't specifically state that you should send different items, so I won't rate you down. However, it was pretty disappointing. All I received were some paper cut outs. I don't think you read my profile at all because under my dislikes it states that I don't need things for scrapbooking, atcs, etc. I suppose I can pass them on though. UPDATE 9/12/14: Thank you for resending. The extra effort is appreciated.

How did you get the address paper to stick? glue? is it a sticker? I'm always so afraid to get creative with envelopes fearing things will fall off.
